Modified on Thu, 03 Nov 2022 at 04:14 PM

Once you have a working version of your app, publishing it from the Uiflow Studio to the Freshworks Developer Portal is a one-click process.

The 'Rocket Icon /Publish' Button:Which is located on the top right corner is where you can find the options to create a Live Mirror or Publish to Production.

  • A Live Mirror helps you test the development version of an app as you continue building it in the studio. The Live Mirror renders your app within your Freshworks host (Freshservice or Freshdesk).
  • The Publish to Production action will proceed to push your app as a custom app to your Freshworks host. Once published, an administrator on the account can choose to install the app for all agents associated with this account.

It is however important to ensure you have completed the following in the Uiflow studio before publishing the app.
